Scheduled query not working from CorVu Scheduler
Scheduled query not running from CorVu Scheduler
FIX:
Check the following -
1. Confirm the CorVu version. You should be able to see this from Help > About CorVu on the main CorVu interface.
2. Do you have other scheduled queries? Did they run ok?
3. If not, it may simply be that the Scheduler was deactivated for maintenance (e.g. adding a query) and then not reactivated. Look under File > Active. Active has to be checked on.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, then contact Progress technical support. The following information may be of use:
4. Under Tools > Options is Log Activity checked? If yes, can you highlight the query and have a look under Edit > Schedule > View Messages, copy and paste whatever messages are there (this is the log).
Send a screenshot for the following info -
5. In the Scheduler window, what do you see for the query for Last Executed, Next Scheduled, and what colour is the query highlit in?
6. What extension does the query have?
