CAUSE:
The system call being used for Windows NT, Windows 2000 and XP returns incorrect information on large memory machines. When the physical memory size is 2GB or higher, or when the allocated pagefile size is 4GB or greater the calculated values are wrong.
FIX:
Apply Fathom patch 2.0A02
