v7.3B ODBC driver to v7.3A remote OID
The 7.3B documentation states that the ODBC driver can talk to a 7.3A
OID..this is incorrect and not supported in 7.3A.
Additionally, 7.3B only supports local OID's, while in 7.3C PROGRESS
begins to support remote OID's.
