Using http://hostname/cgi-bin/cgiip.exe?WService= when accessing WebSpeed broker on UNIX
CAUSE:
cgiip.exe has been used within URL and cgiip.exe is for Win32 platform, thus incompatible on UNIX system
FIX:
Use wspd_cgi.sh within your URL
