SYMPTOM(s):
Using Progress/400 Native 4GL 8.0C+, the schema image synchronization
can be done using the DUPPRODB, CRTSCHIMG or SYNSCHIMG commands. The
synchronization process may fail if the user profile has not enough
authority for some operations.

It may also happen that the synchronization seems to work fine (there
are no error messages in the job log), but when trying to run or
compile a 4GL procedure it gets error 725

CAUSE:
Any of the commands cited above must be executed using a user profile
which special authority includes *ALLOBJ.
CAUSE:
To check if this authority
is available, you can use the DSPUSRPRF command and look at the
"Special authority" parameter.
FIX:
Use *ALLOBJ authority
