The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
The error is displayed when trying the WebTools 'test' from AppBuilder:
http://localhost/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wsbroker1/ping
Same error when trying http://localhost
Same error when trying http://ipaddress or http://machinename
The IP address is defined in the 'Hosts' file in the c:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc
CAUSE:
The IIS webserver is not configured correctly to handle client's requests
FIX:
Fix webserver misconfiguration, ensure http://localhost works with correct starting page for the webserver, then configure webspeed
