No AppServer, just running Dynamics on his machine
CAUSE:
The icfdb entry that the installation program places in the TCP/IP services file and uses by default when connecting to the icfdb database was already being used by an existing version 1.1 instance of the icfdb database
FIX:
Change the Dynamics configuration to use a difference service name when connecting to the new icfdb database instance
