SYMPTOM(s):
PSDN license does not include SQL-89 and Appserver licenses.
CAUSE:
SQL-89 license are absent from PSDN because SQL-89 is now mature. Instead SQL-92 is included. The Appserver licenses are included and installed with Provision Plus.
FIX:
Install SQL-92 and Provision Plus.
