FIX:
Install Process
----------------
1) Logon to the server as Admin
2) Use the Control Panel and choose Add/Remove Programs, install Progress
Server Config
-------------
There are two Methods of using Report Builder in this manner. Either the .PRL file is shared or not. If users share a PRL file then;
1) Run Regedit
2) Set the Software Registry Key For PSC, Report Builder, Startup, Libray to the path to the PRL file.
1) A work directory must be created for each user, you can use the My documents directory if you choose which is created by Windows itself. The main path structure should be the same for all Users. For example C:\users\userA, C:\users\userB, etc...
2) Create a shortcut for Progress on the desktop
3) Select the properties of the shortcut
4) Set the start in directory to point to the main work directory, then use the %username% variable to append this users specific directory;
c:\users\%username%
or
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents
5) Click ok
6) Right Click on the Start Icon in the tool bar
7) Select Explore all users
8) Copy the icon to the desktop Folder
Now there is a Progress shorttcut for all users that set their work Directory to their personal work Space
