7.3b DOS Character Mode Not supported by DBE Progress

INTRODUCTION:

DOS Character Mode is not supported by DBE Progress.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:

Now that 7.3b has DOS character mode, customer might ask if they can
deploy their DBE Progress application to DOS Character mode.
Same issue might be raised in different ways. For example, there are
variety of DOS-based Asian language editors on the market(E-ten and Ku
o Chiao, etc). Customer might ask you if they can use one of those as
input method in 7.3b DOS character mode.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:

The answer is: DOS Character Mode is not supported by DBE Progress.
For now it is a windows-only product.
