What is the difference in performance between Progress installed locally and netsetup install?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
FIX:
The only performance difference will be the time taken for the required client files (prowin32.exe, libraries, DLL's) be transferred across the network. This normally is a case that the initial startup of the application takes a longer, but once loaded into memory no difference should be visible, unless further files are required to be loaded from the network.
