Keysym errors when starting Motif Progress (X Windows)

SYMPTOM: User starts _promtf -ws on OSF/Motif platform and many, many
warnings like the following are generated:

Warning: translation table syntax error: Unknown keysym name: osfRight
... found while parsing '~s ~c <Key>osfRight:IncrementDownOrRight(1)'

In addition, user may report that while running Progress, keyboard
accelerators and/or function keys are not working properly.

SOLUTION: The environment variable $XKEYSYMDB has not been set for
this user. $XKEYSYMDB should point to where they have the file
XKeysymDB stored on their system. For example, on many X Windows/
Motif installations this file is /usr/lib/X11/XKeysymDB. If the
X Windows environment was installed in a non-standard location
then this file will likely be there too, for example it might be:
/xwin/sun4/X11R5/lib/X11/XKeysymDB.

The user should set the $XKEYSYMDB variable to point to the
XKeysymDB file, using the appropriate syntax for the UNIX shell
being used. Restarting Progress should make the warnings go
away.
