Fathom can't start
* Error starting Fathom probe: "Error creating Fathom database resources." (10148)
* Fathom startup failed. (9661)
CAUSE:
Fathom.xml file is corrupted.
FIX:
1) Stop Progress AdminServer
2) Make a backup of the $FATHOM/config directory
3) Delete $FATHOM/config/fathom.xml
4) Rename $FATHOM/config/fathom.xml.bak as fathom.xml
5) Start Progress AdminServer (Fathom will start automatically)
