multi-volume prostrct add bug in Release Notes

The release notes for machines running 6.2G indicate that there is
a bug with prostrct add for a multi-volume database that reads as
follows:
If you define a variable length extent and then use
"prostrct add" command to add another variable length
extent, the command does not work correctly...
This bug (#910214009) was actually fixed in 6.2G and above, so it
should not have been placed in the README.PRO files for 6.2G
machines. All future 6.2G ports will have this corrected, but you
should be aware of this for those that have already been made
commercial.
