Running MKSCHEMA.EXE from ProEnv
MKSCHEMA works properly on other machines with earlier/later Service Packs

CAUSE:
BUG #20030109-026
CAUSE:
MKSCHEMA.EXE is corrupted in Service Pack 3 for Progress 9.1D (Win32)
FIX:
1) Download and apply latest 9.1D SP
2) Run %DLC%/bin/mkschema.exe <dbname> to complete conv89 process
This issue is fixed in 9.1D05 and later.
