CAUSE:
Inserted a Software Vendor installation CD-ROM. Many Software Vendors (ISVs) have their own application installation CD-ROMs, which can be confused for Progress media.
FIX:
1. Check the serial number and control codes and be certain they are entered correctly.
2. If they are correct, check the CD-ROM to verify it is a Progress installation CD-ROM and for the Operating System being installed on.
3. If it is not the correct one, insert the correct Progress installation CD-ROM and run the installation again.
