URL is correctly defined
Under DEFAULT WEBSITE, Execute Permissions are set to 'Scripts and Execute'
Under the SCRIPTS VD, Execute Permissions are set to 'Scripts only'
CAUSE:
In order to run the WebSpeed messenger, execute permissions are also needed on the VD.
FIX:
Set 'Scripts and Executable' permissions under SCRIPTS virtual directory.
