SCO UnixWare 7.1.1 is the minimum OS Level Supported for 9.1D.
Please note that the following Java 1.1.2 patches (or their later equivalents as listed on the caldera.com website) are required before installing Progress 9.1D if using Progress products that use Java2 on UnixWare 7.1.1 or later:

Caldera Open UNIX 8 (SCO Unixware 7.1.2 inside) has also been certified against Progress 9.1D, as has the SCO Unixware 7.1.3 maintenance release.
