SYMPTOM(s):
Appserver startup failed for SmartDataObject
AppServer was moved to a new machine
The *.properties files were copied from the old machine to the new machine
Connection refused by Application Server. (5467)
CHANGE:
Installed 9.1D03 and moved AppServer
CAUSE:
The PROPATH for the AppServer did not reference the ADM2 directory
FIX:
Modify the PROPATH so that the directory immediately above where the ADM2 directory is located is listed in the PROPATH
