SYMPTOM(s):
Get a GPF using Actuate OCX in a dialog-box.
The problem is not present when used in a normal window.
The problem doesn't occurs if, in the same section, the OCX is first used in a normal window and after in the dialog-box.

CAUSE:
Bug# 20030109-001.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Before opening the dialog-box, start a window with the Actuate OCX which
opens and closes a dummy report.
After closing this window, start the dialog-box.
