Clients are unable to log into database
Database on Windows 2000 Terminal Server SP 3
Unable to open PROMSGS
SYSTEM ERROR: I/O error <n> in <program>, ret <n>, file <n>, addr <n>. (290)
PROMSGS: SYSTEM ERROR: I/O error 2 in readit, ret 8513, file 20, addr 0. (290)
CHANGE:
Moved to Windows 2000 SP3
CAUSE:
Known issue with MS Terminal Server and mapped drives.
The error is a result of a Microsoft W2K problem with mapped drives.
