Progress 9.x
FIX:
There is no separate installer for the Merant SQL92 driver, it is installed with most Progress client packages when a COMPLETE installation is chosen.
Progress does not distribute the SQL-92 driver by itself.
At a minimum, Progress SQL-92 Client Access licensed is needed to use the SQL-92 Driver to connect to a Progress database.
