Problems starting AdminServer after applying maintenance level 10 to AIX 4.3.3
"The port 20931 is still in use." when restarting Admin Server
Starting the AdminServer with different ports still gives the error.
CHANGE:
Applied maintenance level 10 to AIX 4.3.3
CAUSE:
This problem is related to an AIX bug.
FIX:
Install IBM AIX patch APAR IY36411
