Identical Products message when installing same products with 1 installation
Installing same product twice, first for 20 users, second for 25 users
The Installation Utility has detected that you have entered duplicate product information. The following product configuration data will not be accepted ....
Identical products have different serial numbers.
FIX:
This behavior is expected, you cannot install the same product twice within one installation, even if one license is for 20 and second for 25 users.
You can use license update to update licenses to a higher user count, however you will have the same serial number, but different control codes.
