FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Provision license is installed.
No more than 5 users can connect to the database.
Increasing -n parameter does not take any effect.
CAUSE:
The Provision license comes with a Personal Database Server. Personal DB Server allows the database to establish only 5 concurrent local client connections to the database.
FIX:
To have more than 5 concurrent client connections, upgrade to a Workgroup or Enterprise Database license.
