FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
Can not install the WebClient application
Error: you do not have Administrative rights to install <app. name>
Logging in with domain user account only
CAUSE:
Application is trying to install .DLLs and other system files. Windows does not allow a local user to replace these files.
FIX:
Create a local Administrator account and install the application using the newly created account. After the installation, log in to the computer with the regular domain account and run the application.
