SYMPTOM(s):
QueryContext is not being set on the client if the AppServer is not Stateless.
SetQueryWhere is ineffective in state-reset and state-aware Appserver mode.
All additional criteria is appended to the original query.
QueryContext is set correctly on Stateless Appserver.
CAUSE:
Bug number 20020913-012 has been logged for this issue which was fixed in 9.1D02.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D02 or higher.
