SYMPTOM(s):
Database is missing the last extent.
Database starts up and runs fine.
CHANGE:
Disk drive failed on a mirrored disk array. The disk was replaced and now the last extent is missing.
CAUSE:
The disk array was not set up correctly. The second set of disk drives where not getting any updates from just before the time the last extent was added.
FIX:
To recover the missing extent you should restore from backup. Once the database is restored verify that the mirrored disk array is setup properly.
