Error 5780 when starting database using ProControl
Cannot Find Lock (.lk) file. See EVENT VIEWER. (5780)

Database has the wrong version number. (3206)
CAUSE:
Incomplete installation of 9.1D, ProControl 9.1D is missing in the Services
FIX:
STOP the AdminService for 9.1D, then Re-install Progress 9.1D
