FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to read header information from file <file-name>. (6061)
Unable to read header information from file convmap.cp. (6061)
CAUSE:
Problem opening a file which was in use by a process which finished abnormally.
FIX:
Have a copy of convmap.cp for each user and use PROCONV environment variable to reference that file.
Alternatively you can setup a profile for each user to perform a set PROCONV=%user directory%\convmap.cp, having a copy of the convmap.cp file in each user directory.
