FIX:
The UIB Section Editor in MS-Windows (Versions 7,8,and 9) is implemented as an Editor widget and therefore has a limitation of 20K bytes.
The Procedure Editor is implemented differently and therefore is limited only by system resources. So if a 4GL developer runs out of room in the Section Editor and doesn't want to re-structure their application code, the Procedure Editor can be used to extend the section.
