What happens when you try to start an AdminServer a second time?
FIX:
If the AdminServer is running and you try start it a second time you will get the error message:
"Port 20931 is already in use. Please specify an alternate port with the -port argument."
Port 20931 is the default port for the AdminServer. If you choose a different port number when starting the AppServer then you will get that port number in the error message.
