Service Pack 3 is currently installed.
Warning: Service pack contents are cumulative
Getting warning message during installation of Service Pack
CAUSE:
Reinstalling an earlier service pack over a later service pack will jeopardize the integrity of your PROGRESS installation and may result in unpredictable results.
FIX:
If you really need to downgrade Progress Service pack version follow this scenario:
1) reinstall 9.1D from installation CD (recommend backup of $DLC/properties directory)
2) apply desired Service Pack level
