F7 CTRL-R RECALL is not supported in V7 Procedure Editor
The RECALL function is not supported in the V7 Progress Procedure
Editor. This functionality was available in Version 6, but is no
longer available in Version 7.
The Version 7 editor does support a new feature that works like a
RECALL key. You can edit code within the Procedure Editor, then use
ESC-B to save the buffer to a new or existing filename.
