SYMPTOM(s):
After the Progress installation, AdminServer does not start
AdminServer fails to start either as service or using PROADSV script
CAUSE:
Microsoft Java not installed, the Installation requires the installation of msjavx86.exe
FIX:
Install Microsoft Java by running the %DLC%\bin\3party\msjavx86.exe
