FIX:
The 'progress.cfg' file displays the following type of information:
Configuration File: C:\DLC\PROGRESS.CFG
Company Name: Progress Software Corporation
Product Name: Client Networking
Installation Date: Thu Jun 28 11:28:07 2001
Expiration Date: None

The Progress 'version' file displays the following information:
PROGRESS PATCH Version 9.1C15 as of January 08, 2002
The Progress 'version' file [located under the $DLC or install directory] indicates whether a Progress patch or service pack has been applied to a commercial release, and when the patch or service pack was built by Progress.
The configuration file (progress.cfg) allows us to identify which products have been installed, when the product installation was built, the expiration date of the product(s), the serial number(s) and control codes that were used to install each product, user count information and the operating system platform (port) the installations were built on.
