Depending of the version of IIS, the logs reside in different areas. To get the exact location go to into Internet Information Services
1. Right click under Default Web Site or the site in question
2. Select the "Web Site" tab. In older versions of IIS, it may be called "FTP Site" tab.
3. Select properties button under "Enable Logging" section. Please note that if the "Enable Logging" check box is not enabled, then IIS logging will not be enabled.
4. Under the General Properties tab, go down to "Log File directory:"
