Error when generating the ActiveX proxy
CAUSE:
Similar error when generating ActiveX proxy it might be caused by the INCLUDE environment variable which might not have the DevStudio\XX\Include directory (XX = VJ or VC) listed.
FIX:
Set the DevStudio\XX\Include directory (XX = VJ or VC) in the INCLUDE environment variable.
