SYMPTOM(s):
Can not start appServer with database connections
The broker can start without database connection
Using parameter file with -db -H -S -N
AppServer log file indicates: Personal Database can not have more than 5 connections
CAUSE:
Limitation of Personal Database
FIX:
Reduce the number of AppServer brokers to start initially
