FACT(s) (Environment):
Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 for Windows 2000 Terminal Server
SYMPTOM(s):
A null / zero byte print job is generated when printing to a network printer through Citrix.
A job request is added to the spool, but it has a size of 0 bytes.
CAUSE:
This problem is due to a Microsoft bug in Service Pack 3.
FIX:
You need to apply hot fix Q328020 or re-install a new Service Pack 3.
