Dynamics: Dynamic Lookup / combo fails to display correct data with database name in query.
If the Query Builder has been used to construct the query for display in the lookup, and the database name is qualified into the query, only the first value is displayed in the lookup as records are navigated.
CAUSE:
Known issue.
FIX:
Remove the database name from the lookup base query.
