Dynamics Web Interface default html page displays, but none of its link pages can be found
This Page cannot be found
HTTP 404 - File not found
The Progress Dynamics 2.0 Web Test Page can be run, but any of the links from the page result in the file not found error.
CAUSE:
.icf extension mapping has "Check that file exists" in IIS Application Extension Mapping for the dynamics virtual directory.
FIX:
1. From the Windows start menu select Programs, Administrative tools, Internet Information Services.
2. Expand the default Website node followed by the Dynamics virtual directory.
3. Open the properties of the Dynamics virtual directory and select the "Configuration" button on the "Virtual Directory" tab.
4. Select the .icf extension in the Mappings tab browse, and Edit this entry.
5. Toggle "Check that file exists" off.
6. Apply the change and stop and restart the default Web Site.
