How to perform a minor version upgrade on the same platform

FIX:
Steps for upgrading:
1. Shutdown the database
2. Truncate the bi file
3. Backup the database
4. Remove all environment variables that may be set at the system or user level
5. Remove the older version, or install the new version in a new location (different drive or directory structure).
6. Perform a 'complete' installation.
7. If the new version of Progress is in a new location (different drive or directory structure), copy the database to the new location. Remove the database in the old location.
8. Start the database.
9. Recompilation of code may not necessary with a minor version change.
