CAUSE:
Bug# 20030109-005
CAUSE:
Known issue. The toolbar name 'FolderPageTop' is hard coded in generateTreeView of rywizognp.p.
FIX:
Modify generateTreeView in rywizogenp.p to handle a property instead of hard coded 'FolderPageTop'.
