FIX:
Progress 9.1C, 9.1D and 9.1E require XSWGR1100, PHSS_22543 and PHSS_22478 (or newest) to run.
At the time of this writing the latest versions are:
XSWGR1100 version 11.00.51.2 (This OS Patch is now refered to as QPK1100)
PHSS_22543 -> latest version is PHSS_26945
PHSS_22478 -> latest version is PHSS_26559.
PHSS_22868
The HP patch PHSS_22868 updates C++ include files only used when compiling C++ code. This patch has no effect on Progress users during runtime. The patch is required for C++ code that is intended to be compiled and linked to products using the PROBUILD utility.
