How to display a comma as a decimal separator in SQL-92.
FIX:
Most Windows ODBC programs use the Regional settings defined in the Control Panel to display numeric values. This is the case with i.e. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. This is not the case with simple SQL query utilities such as SQL Explorer.
