SYMPTOM(s):
Event Log error (5175) in a database log file
Registry error : Could not create the '' key for the Event Viewer. (5175)
The Event Log error (5175) appears in the database log on UNIX or Windows
CAUSE:
The Event Log on a Windows client is full and it sends the message to the remote database log file (on UNIX or another Windows).
FIX:
On the client machine clean up the Event Log and / or increase the max size for the Event Log, or allow overwrite.
Both can be done via the Event Log Viewer.
