SYMPTOM(s):
SNA connection is randomly dropped
CAUSE:
A significant bug has been discovered in the V3R1 communications code which causes SNA connections to be randomly dropped.
This bug is not specific to PROGRESS/400.
FIX:
The following IBM "Cum Tape" needs to be applied to any AS/400 running V3R1 and PROGRESS/400: C5070310.
