FIX:
The Version file that is zipped in the patch is not correct. The patch overwrites the current version file with the one that is zipped in the patch. Since this file reads
PROGRESS Version 9.1C as of Wed Nov 13 09:11:16 EST 2002
That is what you will see after installing the patch.
For a matter of records, this file can be updated manually with the correct patch information.
