Non Global translation do not work with Static Containers
ObjectName is defined in Translation control
CAUSE:
Known issue, development aware. Only Global translations translate labels of Static Containers. The tooltip remain not translated
CAUSE:
Bug# 20030120-009
FIX:
In order to translate labels, use only global translations with unique widget name (prefixed with container object name).
